Academy is available to middle school and high school aged athletes who are looking to progress their game to the next level. We will focus on understanding team tactics and developing the technical skills to execute those team concepts. We train together once a week and build outside competition into each season with tournament opportunities. Academy level hockey integrates Play Beyond the Game lessons in leadership, and aligns with the ‘Compete and Improve’ stage of the ADM.

Performance

Performance is available for 10th-12th grade varsity athletes looking to unlock higher level skills. We meet once a week or for special clinics for focused training on specific offensive, defensive, or set piece technical skills. Performance aligns with the ‘Seriously Fun/Peak Performance’ stage of the ADM.
