1. Administrative support and coach education - we want to see you succeed!

2. Limited or no travel and programs held on weekends

3. Positive coaching methods and a focus on games based learning

4. Programming allied with USA Field Hockey’s American Development Model

What do we expect from you?

1. Current USA Field Hockey coach membership (we’ll pay after year one)

2. Pre-season zoom meetings and once per year in person coach education/bonding

3. Level 1 USAFH Coaching Certification within one year of joining

4. Level 2 USAFH Coaching Certification to coach Academy or Performance Levels
