Is this indoor or outdoor field hockey?
We will be practicing on turf which means we will be working on outdoor field hockey skills inside.
Do I need to have field hockey experience? What does JV and Varsity mean on the registration?
Yes, this clinic is for those who consider themselves intermediate and advanced players. JV simply means a more intermediate player while Varsity means a more advanced player.
For our Saturday clinics- you can be new to the game.
What is included in the cost?
7 practice sessions (or 14) plus a pinny if you haven’t participated in one of our programs this year or a t-shirt if you have.
What equipment do I need to play?
You need an outdoor field hockey stick, shinguards, a mouthguard, and sneakers. You should have it all already! If you’re in the market for new gear, we get some great discounts so please just let us know!
Who are the coaches?
Sessions will be run by our USA Field Hockey certified coaching staff. More info coming soon!
When/where are practices?
Practices will be Fridays from 5-7pm starting on Dec 3rd and concluding on March 10th. They are at the Dulles Sportsplex at 21610 Atlantic Blvd Sterling, VA.
What is the refund policy?
More than 30 days before an event begins, we offer a full refund minus a $10 + 4% credit card cancellation fee. 30 days before an event, we only offer credit for a future event minus a $10 + 4% credit card cancellation fee. 1 week before an event, we do not offer refunds except in the case of injury. If an event has begun and you do not complete the event or season, no refund will be issued..
