Beyond Sticks focuses on an integrative approach to leadership alongside technical game instruction. While many sport companies focus only on the technical aspects needed to achieve success on the field, Beyond Sticks systematically empowers student-athletes into becoming leaders through sport. Our staff focus on training young women in how to achieve a high skill level and technical knowledge of the game, but also believe success comes when young women are able to translate these skills into other areas of life. We offer this unique approach to the game through individual instruction, camps, clinics, international tours and club field hockey.
